It dispels the common myths that when a person is advanced in years, sex is no longer enjoyable or should be avoided altogether. I like the positive impression that this book connotes. Just for that positivity and to help propagate that positivity, I will highly recommend this book!
An excellent resource for senior citizens who still enjoy or who still want to continue enjoying an active sex life even in old age. It's a very good self-help book that points out health and body health tips and self-help techniques to aging gracefully.
